Long time no chat.
I know you probably have already done this but... have you injected the SSL certificates for the SSO, CDP, REPO and any other intermediary tree cert. into the \lib\security\cacerts of the Development Studio ?
Yes I did.
When CDP was working on 38080 there were no problem, when I switch it to 443 I could not connect DevStudio to it on new port
Right enough if it was a cert error you would probably get a PKIX error!
A lot of the forums seem to be pointing to an error accessing the wsdl endpoint. which I don't know would be relevant for your error, but I guess it might be worth checking to see if you can access the wsdl directly from the dev studio server? or are you already proving that with something like SoapUi?
If you mean ORCA, then it works fine
If you re-registered the SSO agents check that you have the exclude urls list as per the docs:

There may be some significance to the use of port 443 since this is a privileged port. The error itself rings a bell as something I've seen when Dev Studio was receiving an HTML error page instead of its configuration XML.
When Dev Studio first connects to a CDP, it downloads the required configuration from a particular URL. I can't remember this off the top of my head but it might be dumped into Dev Studio's grid.log. Would be worth trying this URL from a browser to see what you get.
Yes, if installing and using port 443 the Repo installer will not allow unless you have the patch that fixes that.
If the excludeurls are not correct then the SSO will redirect the Dev Studio to a the SSO web login page that is cannot work with and the error is similar to the above
Hello Just checked there were excluded URLs, but to be sure I had to remove them add it one more time and restart CDP and it works :D Thanks
