    Hardware Information object properties not expanding properly

    richard mcleod

      So I have a pretty simple compliance rule

      if

      "Hardware Information.Logical Storage Device:/Hardware/StorageDevices/LogicalStorageDevices/D:" exists

      then

      "Hardware Information.Logical Storage Device:/Hardware/StorageDevices/LogicalStorageDevices/D:"."Capacity (in KB)" >= 52426748

      end

      So If the D: drive exists then make sure its greater than or equal to 50GB.

      When I run the test it fails, showing that the host has a D drive with size 0. This is untrue as live browse of the same object shows the expected value (52426748). What I noticed in the test is that the property is cut off. Is this proper? Is it broken? Whatttt?

      Rather than showing the left hand side as "Hardware Information.Logical Storage Device:/Hardware/StorageDevices/LogicalStorageDevices/D:"."Capacity (in KB)"

      it shows as

      "Hardware Information.Logical Storage Device:/Hardware/StorageDevices/LogicalStorageDevices/D:".capacity

      Same behavior exists if I take out the if and just use the basic condition
