    How to add a new entry in the status reason field in Incident

      ARS 7.6.04 SP4

      ITSM 7.6.04 SP4

      CMDB 7.6.04 SP4


      Windows 2008 server R2

      3 apps In a Server Group with 8GM of RAM per server

      SRM 7.6.04 SP4

      JAVA 1.6_0_25

      2 – Mid-Tier servers 7.6.04 SP4

      I need to add a new entry in the Status Reason field of Incident Management. What's the step by step process on how to add the entry. I've look at a lot other discussions on this but, it appears they're are different ways of doing it but again i'm not sure where to begin. We're using the Best Practice View. Help please.
