    Benchmark or industry metric to measure email trouble ticket outages

      Greetings, I am recently tasked to determine if there is an ITIL or other industry metric that specifies the number of expected  / acceptable e-mail trouble tickets for an organization with 23k users. Are you aware of a benchmark or other metric?
