Afaik they are siloed to the support id. if it’s not listed on the docs.bmc.com site somewhere in the product space (eg, it’s resolved) you should be able to talk to support and ask them for details.
Where did you get the defect # from if it’s not from your account ?
Two places, we inquired about compliance issues we were experiencing in 8.5.01.96 and support provided us this QM. Also I requested the build log for Patch 1 and it was listed under rev 207

If it’s fixed in a patch release then there should be something in the readme for that hf. If support gave you the QM, then they should have associated it w/ your issue so you should be able to see it in the one3 web interface if you search for defects/rfes instead of issues.
