    Work Order status on SR

      Hi All,

       

      Whenever a service request is raised the associated Work Order will be in assigned status. if status is changed to In progress, corresponding service request status will get changed.

       

      The first status for the WO are always “assigned”, is possible change to automatically move the satus to “In progress".

       

      The reason is because the task activates once the WO moves to “In progress”.
