    Remedy Email Signature Blocks?

      Remedy ITSM version 7.6.04

       

      When sending emails to customers through the Remedy email system of an incident, is there a way to have signature blocks added to the body of the message automatically so that you don't have to type it out each time or manually copy and paste from somewhere else?

          Not OOTB. but with additional workflow / customisation this should be possible. If you mean a 'personalised' footer with your details.

          (General footers can be added to all outgoing mail, but not sure if this is what you're looking for)

            If signature is by User I would create a field un CTM:People that store this información and a Active Link on open window of Email Incidente that retrieve the user's signature to the body of the email.

             

            If signature is related to the company or Support group, you can create a form to store the signatures.
