You can re-apply the license with below approach
Take backup of existing license file
Location -> C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility
File Name : BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility Classic.apl
Note: Get new License file from BMC
- Copy the embedded file into the top level installation directory for the BMC Remedy ITSM – Mobility server.
- Install the file:
- For Windows: Open a command prompt and go to <Mobility server install folder>/utils. Type regenlic. You will see: “License information regenerated.”
- For Unix: Go To Admin Console-> View License screen. Click on Regenerate License.
Log into the Admin Console and go to “View License Screen”. You will see the image above, where you can verify the license changes

I have this file "BMC_Mobility_ITSM.apl " since installation date and i did the installation before one month and i already did the step as you mention above and is not work?? from where i can Get new License file from BMC ?? should i request it from BMC support ?

the issue related to license it's resolved... thank you,,,, but now i have a problem , i need to load 5000 records(asset)in the bar-code it self and it keep loading long time (2 days) and finally it get out ? there is any configuration i should do it in the bar-code it self to get this resolved ???

I have issue with the Mobility server , i can't connect the mobility server with the remedy server and the error as below,
"Application error :remedy adapter license has expired"
And i have error in the log relate it to timezone between the bar-code device the the database as below
"Cannot find the timezone:Arabian daylight time from timezone database"
