You should be able generate an incident in ITSM by using BMC AO. BAO enables us to integrate BSA with ticket tools like ITSM.
AO provides orchestration- if X happen then do A, if Y happens do B. bladelogic will execute certain complaince check against certain server objects(may be Audit), If result contains XXX then it will trigger some workflow to execute which will create some incident in ITSM.
so you can have a workflow like – run job A in bsa, if the results contain xxx open a ticket in remedy, or notify someone.

I don't have much expertise on the same. But there are many out of box workflows available for integrating BSA-AO-Remedy. You may need to look for BAO integration document.

But now I've stuck with some issues when trying to create a change request from BLA console
Do you have a new thread with the new CR creation issue? Or are you discussing with support already?
The issue is in creation of a change request itself from BLA Console. Yes, I've created an issue onto bmc support portal. But none of result still yet.
This is because there is not some examples and documentations to test functionality of server compliance. Need more materials.
