    Usage of incident templates by the end user in Remedyforce.

      I have enabled the feature of common request in Remedyforce and also enabled "Display service request definitions and incident templates together". Now end users can see all the the Incident Templates in the common request and submit an incident ticket selecting any of these incident templates.


      Now my concern is , I have 20 incident templates, only 10 of them were displayed in the Common Request and the rest are not. Is there any way end user can select the remaining incident templates which are not shown in the Common Request to submit an incident ticket.
