the problem seems to be the ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 36888 bytes. how much memory is allocated to oracle ? i'd check the pga target or look at your ulimit settings and configure they are in compliance w/ oracle's recommendations.
My DBA deal with this problem. As he said "He managed memory configuration on db server".
