I have to change some mail notifications for magic groups.
If i have a look in the administration for groups there is no shown
mail adress for this group. But the mails also go out to
a mailadress. I had a look already in business and client side
business rules but there was nothing to find about this.
Is there a special point in BMC Service Desk Express 10.2 which
is defined for sending mails or where mail adresses could be set up
for mail notificatons in groups?

SDE Automatically emails the Members of the Support Group.
There is no configuration options for email address for Support Groups in SDE.
