Is the 2 way integration possible between Remedy and Service now just with the help of web services?
We are particularly interested in integrating incident management module between remedy and service now.
Have you done this kind of integration or do you have any document which could me help me understanding this process in detail. I am new to service now and need to explore a lot of publishing and consuming web services in Service now. Does it provide same kind of mechanism as remedy provides ?
AO licensing cost would be very high for us.

Are there any staging forms available in service now just like we have in Remedy like HPD: IncidentInterface_Create etc and web services pushes data to staging forms?

It is possible to integrate Remedy 8.1 and ServiceNow. Request entity from BMC Remedy can be integrated with all system and custom tables in ServiceNow. One of the solutions listed on the Remedy portal for integration is OpsHub.
