nexec target cscript //nologo D:\\Scripts\\maint\\CreateAOT.vbs $serverName $username $password
You were basically missing the //nologo part, and you don't need to call cmd /c or echo. As long as csript.exe is in the system's path variable (which it should be) this is enough. You also need to escape the backslashes in the dos path, since you're in NSH and the backslashes are escape characters. You also don't need blcli_connect unless you need to run blcli commands.

It gets rid of the cscript copyright info header that's printed so the output is just the one of your script.
