    My Tickets view when Owner is queue and staff

      Hi all,

      Based on the many questions we received around a view that shows all tickets assigned to me, but are also part of a queue, we created a new view build by a formula field.

      Step 1:

      Create a new formula field on incident.

      Name: Current User

      Type:  Text

      Formula: IF( BMCServiceDesk__FKOpenBy__r.Id = $User.Id, 'TRUE', 'FALSE')

      Visibilty; Make available for all but don't store in on the page.

      Step 2:

      Next make a new list view as below;




      Now you should see the tickets assigned to you.
