      Remedy ITSM suite version 7.6.04

       

      On the Incident Management Console page, you can click on "Search Incident".  Then, you can run whatever search you want to run and the results populate across the top of the form.  My question is, can you customize the different columns of information that display for the search results?  The "Preferences" drop down will let me remove columns, but the "Add Column" is grayed out.  I want to add a column (for example; "Submit Date" or "Last Resolved Date") to the search results that is not currently on there. If so, where can I do this?  What form or forms do I need to be looking at in Developer Studio?
