    Auto Discovery of Avaya-based IP Phones only return IP Addresses

      Greetings,

      I have an Avaya system of IP Phones I am tracking.  I would love for Trackit to be able to collect.  So far, all I have is IP addresses, which causes the auto-inventory discovery system to not allow the phones to be added to inventory.  I have the full support of my Avaya team, and they said if there is a way to set the IP Phone managers to do something they can try.

       

      What I need is something to tell them so the phones can return more data.  If anyone has worked through this in the past, any wisdom woudl be greatly appreciated.
