We will be setting up a multi-tenancy model which is different from BMC standard multi-tenancy where data should not be visible to other tenants.
The questions here is , How SLA should be calculated once the misrouted ticket is transferred to another tenant? All the tenant will have different SLA configured in the system. Will it detach the older SLA and attach new or will it be continued? We want the same SLA should continue after ticket transfer. How should we achieve this ?
