When using the HelpDesk_QueryList_Service function of the Web Service the times given in the qualification field seem to be an hour off\shows time as one hour back.

      ***

whenever user modifies the INC ticket and tries to run a query by last modified and searches the modified ticket, it does not fetch the results, but if he changes the time to 1 hour earlier of the current time, it fetches the search result.

Using to SOAP application to run the query...

The time given in the query field " for e.g using "last modified date"field,
      1. if we modifiy the INC ticket and save it, then try to fetch the search result with the last modified date and time ,it does not fetch any result
      2. If we modify the query by mentioning the time one hour earlier to current time, it fetches the search result for the modified ticket.

      Original Query
('Last Modified Date' > "5/6/2014 10:53:00 AM") AND ("5/6/2014 11:39:00" >= 'Last Modified Date') AND ('Last Modified By' != "opsmgr") AND ('First Name' = "Ops") AND ('Last Name' = "Manager")

      Modified Query

('Last Modified Date' > "5/6/2014 09:53:00 AM") AND ("5/6/2014 11:39:00" >= 'Last Modified Date') AND ('Last Modified By' != "opsmgr") AND ('First Name' = "Ops") AND ('Last Name' = "Manager"),

the modified query fetches the result , but the original one does not.

1.Verified the Time zone settings, seems to be perfect
2.Server time and local time are proper.
      3. User prefernce time zone is properly set.

      Any idea,

          Two ideas:

          1) For both your queries, can you set please put the value behind the field name. For example:

('Last Modified Date' > "5/6/2014 10:53:00 AM") AND ("5/6/2014 11:39:00" >= 'Last Modified Date') AND ('Last Modified By' != "opsmgr") AND ('First Name' = "Ops") AND ('Last Name' = "Manager")

          =>

('Last Modified Date' > "5/6/2014 10:53:00 AM") AND ('Last Modified Date' < "5/6/2014 11:39:00") AND ('Last Modified By' != "opsmgr") AND ('First Name' = "Ops") AND ('Last Name' = "Manager")

          And then double-check your qualification/logic...

          2) If you try exactly the same qualification via the Remedy client, does it give the same results/performance as via the web service?
