    Incident Audit Log issue

      Version 7.6.04

       

      A couple of weeks ago, all of our incidents stopped updating the "Form Audits" tab when we click on "View Audit Log".  It is just blank.  The "Notifications Audits" tab is still working correctly and showing information.   What can I look at or troubleshoot to see about getting that back up?
