In SLM:RuleActionSetValueItem note the SLM ID present in Instance name field and check if you have targets already in system with that SLM ID.(Which were moved with a DB copy)
How can we fix this issue?
Able to fix it by performing below steps:
- Note the maximum SLMID that exists by sorting on "ID" on the SLM Console->Service Target tab.
- Open SLM:ConfigPreferences form
- Change "Start Service Target ID From"(under SLM Workflow section) to any number greater than max ID noted
Error:-You cannot change the value of the Submitter field -- the "Submitter Mode" of the system is configured to be locked : SLM:RuleActionSetValueItem : Submitter (ARERR 371) occurs when attempting to add a new Service Target
Q.1) What form entry is being updated with a different submitter that is triggering the error?
