Task Notification to next Assigned group

I was checking in if in 7.6.04 ITSM there is a OOB feature which would notify assigned support group of next task in sequence, once first task in sequence is completed?

Or what could be the best way to communicate to assignee / group of next task in sequence?

Hi Akhil,

If tasks are in sequence, then when you close task with sequence 1 it will automatically activate the task with sequence 2. Also it will trigger the notification for that task (individual or group).
