To define someone as Problem Coordinator, you will have to add the functionnal role within a support group (functional Role : Problem Coordinator).
As soon as there is at least one available people with this role of Problem Coordinator within a Support Group, the Support Group is available to be assigned as Problem Coordinator group
I am not able to add functional role to the support group. Once I click on the roles display tab of this group, I can't find any button that allows me to add roles. How can I add the intended functional role within the support group?
The Functional Role must not be added to the Support Group but to the people belonging to the support group
