You first need to check Approval Mapping form
Application Administration Console---Custom Configuration---Change Management--Approval--Approval mapping
Once you identify the support group for which the mapping has been created.
Go to Support group form.
Application Administration Console--Standard Configuration---Support Group
You will find all people with their role in Role tab.
So I have to do this manually for each support group? Isn't there an easier way? What about a report?
The main problem is that approvals for support group are based on functional role they have.
If approvals are based on support group then you can generate report on AP:Role form with Role name as SGP0000000xxxxx | CAB-Member.
where SGP000xxx you can find from Support Group form.
there can be a situation where approvals are created for change coordinator or manager then you need to AP:Role will not be helpful.
The corresponding record for coordinator in AP:Role for Role name field as is SGP0000000xxxxx | CAB-Assignee. and SGP0000000xxxxx | CAB-Manager.
