    Email Monitor using alias question

      Hello,

       

      I had a question about the monitors. So our main mailbox is support@domain.com and then I added an alias toner@domain.com. There are two main email policies: "Default-Support" and "Toner Request". Here's screenshots of the policies:

       

      Default-Support:

      The problem I'm having is that anything sent to toner@domain.com gets processed as support@domain.com and so the Default-Support policy gets invoked instead of the Toner Request.

       

      Is this on the Exchange side or is Track-It processing some email headers and so it thinks it was really sent to support@domain.com because it's an alias?
