I'm using the blcli sendMailWithAttachmen with the following arguments:
Where is the variable $ fileremote The steering of my AppServer1:
Files1 = (/ / appserver1.corp/bladelogic/Workspace/Uploads/Log)
Inside / log this is my file.txt file that I want to attach.
Note that my Job is launched by my AppServer2 and attach the file you want is the the appserver1.corp well as I indicated above.
The error message that appears to me is:
Command execution failed. com.bladelogic.om.infra.mfw.util.BlException: Can not use remote path for file transfer. Source path is:
/ / appserver1.corp/bladelogic/Workspace/Uploads / / Log / file.txt
ANY IDEAS TO WORK?
IS IT NECESSARY THAT WE WANT TO ATTACH FILE HAVE TO BE ON A PATH THAT IS WHERE AppServer2 RUNNING THE JOB?
Yes, the file should be present on the appserver 2 (as the job is running against the appserver 2).
It was not working for me as well but when you provide the absolute path like /c/temp/ it works.
