The blappserv_krb5.conf is the same, the blappserv_login.conf should contain the configs for both auth types as noted in the docs.
Yes!, open up a command prompt on reports server and do below:
$ cd $BLREPORTS_HOME/br
blasadmin> set AuthSvc IsDomainAuthEnabled true
Confirm by running below:
blasadmin> show AuthSvc IsDomainAuthEnabled
Copy blappserv_krb5.conf and blappserv_login.conf files containing both the auth types into $BLREPORTS_HOME/br directory.
Restart "BMC SARA Authentication Service" ($BLREPORTS_HOME/br/blauthservice stop | start )
Confirm if Authentication Service is re-started.
Refer below document wiki link for additional configuration information: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/bdssa85/Configuring+for+domain+authentication
Sorry – it was BSA ☺
Still good info though. Might just want to add that the below was for BDSSA. Looks like Bill already confirmed as well.
Thanks Bill for confirming. We have already using Microsoft AD authentication. Now I have to try configuring the Kerberos on our Development BSA instance.
