Who is implimenting self-service/user portal and how?

I as as we approach launch with MyIT 3.2. We started this journey looking at v1.00, and are just now beginning to feel we can launch to business users. Over the course we have encountered a number of issues which have resulted in patches/updates, support tickets, defects, and even having BMC update their existing knowledge documentation. Looking to see who is implementing and on what, and hopefully spark some  discussion in the comments.

 

Obviously there may be some other combinations, but I put in what seem to be the most common.
