Ability to approve Work order once the ticket has been closed

It would be ideal to be able to approve Work order once the ticket has been closed and reopened. Track-It does not give you that function.

 

Even if you reopen the ticket, that function does not exist. All you can do is copy the old work order and then approve it.

 

Kind of silly that we do not have this function since everything is audited.
