Testing out the new BETA build 17.0.0.192 and enjoying what I'm seeing so far.

    Several promising new capabilities, including the use of business rules for escalation, SLA tracking and ticket closure (ITIL compliant processes). The BETA also seems to point to being able to natively monitor multiple email addresses, which will allow us to more readily serve as both the IT service desk as well as Facilities Maintenance and other work order needs. Last, but not least, it appears that we'll have more than three levels for work order categories, which will add flexibility to the way we categorize our work. I also appreciate moving away from the thick client and to the web is the right strategy.

    While everyone has been helpful, I've had the most interaction with Chris Coffey and Minish Gadgil. Bonus points to them for helping me get signed up for the BETA program and for listening to my feedback regarding the work schedule features in the upcoming release.
