Over 16 years of Technical & Commercial experience, specialising in FootPrints Service Core, FootPrints Asset Core, Remedyforce & Track-It! working direct and indirect.
From 2000 to 2008, grew the Track-It! UK business to over 1000 accounts.
Provided services for the product portfolio and set up the UK & Ireland Support Desk for the Numara Software (now BMC) products ensuring a high support retention rate and high customer satisfaction ratings.
2008 - 2011 Assisted many Track-It! customers to their next stage of IT maturity with migrations from Track-It! to the FootPrints Service Management Platform. A sales team of three with 2 pre sales support grew the FootPrints base from single digits to over 300 UK & Irish accounts.
