I was wondering if any other companies were having this issue.
I’m currently using FootPrints 20.18.02 and we are having problems on my approval levels. The system uses not only the correct approvers for the selected workflow, but also all the other workflows in the container as well. Causing wrong approvers being assigned to tickets as well as multiple email notification going out to the wrong approvers.
