The last 15 years I have been working with Service management in one way or another. Mainly with the BMC Remedy Action Request System. Current employed as a Configuration Management Lead, which means that I'm the technical responsible for our CMDB Setup and Data Model, I have a great team to help me with this. I am a BMC Accredited CMDB Administrator and ITIL v3 Certified.
