My Remedyforce experience is in designing and deploying enterprise level ITSM solutions, and custom application development on the force.com platform.
I have been working on all phases of a Remedyforce project, from concept, architecture and requirements, to design, development, deployment and support. I have been involved as dedicated Remedyforce resource from day 1. Result is a strong relationship on all levels within BMC, Partners and customers.
Focus on Remedyforce in EMEA and beyond with a main focus on UK, Benelux, Germany, but also involved on request of BMC in many Worldwide projects. Remedyforce Product Specialist and Customer Success for all our customers in the EMEA region an beyond.
