I have been an ITIL Service Manager since early 2000 and I joined BMC in March of 2013. Prior to joining BMC, I was a Services Director for another large IT Service Management vendor where I began there as an ITIL consultant. And if you’ve ever attended a PINK Elephant event and my name sounds familiar that’s because earlier in my career I worked with Pink Elephant as Director of Marketing Conferences & Events!
