Also involved in supporting the Incident, Change, Problem and Work Order modules of RoD as well as Dashboards and Analytics. Currently working in local government in the UK supporting our Remedy on Demand 7.6 environment. Prime 'specialism' (I use the term loosely) is around Service Request Management.
