11 years doing Remedy Development started with v6.3. I am a big fan of BMC Remedy. These past 2 years I have been doing Remedy contract work and got some exposure to ServiceNow. Just setting up my account here again with my new email address. I have a few Remedy Connect Webinars to catch up on this weekend.

    Excellent, I'll sure you'll learn (and share) a lot here, many people who understand huge value and want viral/exponential successes within Community. BTW, should we deactivate your old account, https://communities.bmc.com/people/mangan316 ?

    Hi Matt, Yes, please deactivate/delete any duplicate accounts I may have from previous employers. I found one from 2015 for Jeffrey Mangan. I'm using my own gmail email for this account so it's never tied to a work email address again. Thanks. I've also created an account into the developer area.

    Excellent. https://communities.bmc.com/people/mangan316  now deactivated (btw, you can in the future keep your account, see 2 reasons to keep and improve your Profile). Dev Community uses BMC SSO too, so things should be transparent. For you dev env, you indeed have other credentials
