    Manage multiple projects simultaneously with localization service providers (translation companies) to translate BMC products (UI and docs) into 27 languages. This includes facilitating translations and linguistic/functional testing projects across BMC for various organizations such as R&D, Customer Success Surveys, Education, HR, Legal, Public Relations, Marketing, Revenue Recognition, Sales, etc. Control costs using vendor’s translation management systems, translation memory, machine translation+post editing, content reuse, standardized termbases (glossaries), etc.

    Formerly was FootPrints and Track-It! lead technical writer and localization project manager since 2005 and came to BMC via Numara Software acquisition in 2008.
