    I have a ticket opened since Monday. Support contacted me via email (Monday) asking for clarification. I replied back to them and haven't heard a word since.

    We have asked them to go over our setup since we are a new customer. We want to make sure we have everything setup correctly.

    Mainly configuration. Another ticket we have opened a brought up some questions. Support is saying that the TrackIt.Executables.ServiceManagement.Host application is blocked. I am not seeing that. so we want them to go over our setup and config and tell us what changes we need to make

    When they talked about blocked application, I understand that it may be a firewall subject, but I am not sure if this is the context of what the supote wanted to say to you. Open a discussion here in the community. The timeline will be better than it is, which is within your status.
