Thanks for sharing Bob. Very exciting, 19.02 FTW! Full Remedy stack? with CMDB, Smart IT and DWP?

CMDB, ITSM, and Smart Reporting.  Not using Smart IT.  Still using Discovery.  Increased use of REST (would still like to consume REST).  Many integrations.

Disco, great! What prevents you to consume REST for now?

Please post any problems. I'm just waiting for the first patch for 1902 and then I'll update the platform first. We never do both together to reduce complexity. Do you have many customizings in the itsm area? How many months on average does it take you to make a complete upgrade, from testing to production?

Stefan, we do have customizations but they are limited.  We have added  some fields to OOTB forms, and mostly developed custom forms to enhance  the OOTB ITSM suite.  We have basically not touched OOTB workflow.  In  the past it has taken us as much as 6 months to perform a full upgrade  (1 server gets a quick upgrade to see if there are any upgrade unique  items to consider, then our test server, then our dev when we then do  heavy testing to make sure what all has to be touched to get the OOTB  functionality for upgraded forms and this would last about 2 months,  then prod), but now we are pushing much faster thanks to the Deployment  Management Console.  This run is taking us about 2.5 months total.  But  for the next upgrade (19.08) we plan to go in 1.5 months.

Matt, the OOTB Remedy does not consume REST.  I know that LJ has a solution for that, but I was told (don't ask by whom) it was coming soon in ARS so I am waiting for a true OOTB solution.
