    Failed to start the remote service

      Hi All,


      We have applied the antivirus exclusion policy as per the BMC docs and excluded all the files and files types which are mentioned in the doc. First time around it is working fine but when I uninstall and try to reinstall it is getting failed with the same error. FYI we are using Trend Micro Deep Security product.


      Did anyone has face the same issue? because I am not able to find any problem with the policy. Is there anything which is not mentioned in the BMC antivirus exclusion policy document by BMC?
