BSM solutions support for Oracle 11i

Team,

 

Oracle Premier support for the Oracle 10g product will expire July 2010.

 

I have a Premier Support Customer that currently pays for this level of support. Oracle has advised the customer of this upcoming deadline and has requested that the customer put a plan in motion to upgrade their databases from 10g to 11i.

 

What is the time line for the BMC suite of products to supprt to the next version of the Oracle database?

 

What is the plan for BMC to validate/certify/support the Oracle 11i database platform for ALL products in Service Automation, Service Support, and Service Assurance?
