    How can we create a rule that looks for exact criteria in the subject line

      Need to route tickets with a business rule that looks for "AX" in the subject line.


      I can get  basic rule to work, but need to be specific on AX.  if the word FAX is in the subject, it would take the normal route.


      old track it rule had a string of    (?i)\bax\b
