    Can a closed ticket be reopened

      in Trackit 2020, can a closed ticked be reopened by either a business rule  on manual reopen?

          Hi Eric


          a closed ticket can be reopened And I would say yes to both manual or via a business rule.


          Manually, simply open the ticket, go to the status button and select Reopen Ticket (R).


          The business rule would need a criteria set in order to create the action to open it. Though I’m not sure what would be the rationale to have a business rule perform such an action.
