Anyone have any insight into the following questions related to BMC Remedy Knowledge Management? For Knowledge Configuration Assignment, I get Knowledge SME Review as this should trigger when the status is being set to SME Review. However, what are the other two options used for in ticket assignments and when do they get triggered? Also, is - General - option ignored by the RKM process? What are the options for KCS article assignment? What if I want to set the Owner Group to a different group than with the default user group, is there a setting that can be done without having to set up a custom process?
