We are on ROD env 9.1.04
Until last week, I was able to view eForms in DWP through which I was bale to request them.
However, this week I am not able to view them. None of my colleague is able to view those eForms in HRCM.
My profile has team manager permission in HR case management.
What's even more confounding is the fact that my client is able to see those eForms in DWP just fine. The client is geographically located in a different continent.
Why is this happening that my client is able to see them and not my side of the team?
Would someone please shed some light on this?

Could you let me know when you say E-Forms that means the same you have created an SRD and deployed it ?
Did you apply entitlements based on geographics ?
