YES! also, how to modify the TASK Print Report
I am wanting to modify it in the configuration to remove certain fields from displaying when staff pull it for print.
Hi Vicki Poe
For Print option this facility is not available however for "Print to PDF" please go through following -
Adding fields to the page layout for the Print to PDF action
If you want to include a specific field in the PDF output of a record, you must add the field to your page layout. This is applicable for the Print to PDF option in the Actions menu of the Incidents/Service Requests, Tasks, Problems, Change Requests, Releases, and Broadcasts modules on the Remedyforce Console tab. You can also create a custom field and add it to the page layout. For information about creating a custom field, see Salesforce Help.
For example, if you want to add the Incident# field to your Print to PDF output, you must add the field to your Incident Console Version 1.0 to include the field in your output.
- Navigate to Setup > Create > Objects.
- In the Label column, click the object for which you want to add a field such as, Incident.
- In the Page Layouts section, for Remedyforce <object name> Console version 1.0 in the Action column, click Edit.
- From the list on the left side, select Fields.
- Drag the field in the preferred section.
- Click Save.
- Repeat step 2 to step 6 to add required fields to the other objects.
Hi Vicki Poe,
For that follow below steps
1] Log in to the Remedyforce application with Admin credentials
2] Go to Setup-> Objects->Incidents->Click
3] Go to Pagelayouts
4] Now you have to find out which page layout assigned to Administrator by clicking on Page layout assignment as shown in following screenshot
5] So as you can see in following screenshot, for Administrator Remedyforce Incident Console Version 1.0 layout is assigned
6] Click on Edit under Action as shown in below screenshot
7] It will display the page like below shown in screenshot
8] Now you can remove or add whichever fields you want to have on Incidnet print report, and save the layout and then go back to Incident and check for the print report
