How to auto generate sequence number

Hi,

Just checking the Footprints community to see if anyone has come up with a way to auto generate sequence number in a field using custom html.

Using workspace for Change Management and would like keep track of revisions of that RFC ticket. My thought would just a auto generate sequence number each time the ticket is edited.

Using Footprints version 11.16.10.001

Not super familiar with the v11 business logic (or lack thereof) but could you not have an escalation or auto calc rule that takes field value = field value + 1 after each save?
