    Restrict staff user's visibility on tickets in Remedyforce Console

      We need to be able to restrict a staff user's access and visibility to tickets in Remedyforce Console in the following way:

      • A specific user shall only be able to view tickets on a queue where the staff user in question is a member.
        • This includes data accessible via reports or any type of ticket.


      Is this possible?
