      good morning!


      i'm trying to configure our incoming mailbox settings. I've confirmed the id/password we're using works (logged into O365 with it).

      IMAP settings, server name: outlook.office365.com

      Port 993

      enable mailbox, use SSL and Log events all checked.

      when i click on test connection i get the message -

      the test email failed to send. the following error was received:

      NO LOGIN failed.

      does anyone have any ideas? has anyone seen this before?

      Outgoing email works - i tested that.
